- Can I leave the room late?
- Normally yes, but upon request.
- Can I choose the type of beds in my room? (large bed – two beds)

- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I book one?
- Some rooms have a balcony.
- Are there rooms for non-smokers?
- Yes.
- How many floors are there in the building? Is there a lift?
- There are three floors and we have a panoramic lift.
- Is there air-conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
- There is individual air-conditioning and in Burgos all year round….
- Is your hotel adapted for disabled people?
- There are no architectural barriers, however our rooms are not adapted.
- Can you take care of my luggage when I leave the room?
- Of course.
- Where can I park my car in a safe place? How much does it cost?
- Next to the hotel reception and it's free.
- Is there any internet or email access in the hotel for clients?
- No.
- Do they offer high-speed internet in the room for my laptop? Is it wireless (no cables)?
- Yes, we have internet access in the rooms, but it's ADSL.
- Is there a romantic peaceful room? How can I book it?
- We have an extremely romantic room which has a stunning bed with a canopy. Can be booked upon request.
- What languages do they speak at reception?
- English, French, Italian.

- Yes, with a charge of € 6 per pet to pay at the hotel
