Some rooms have a balcony.
Are there rooms for non-smokers?
Yes.
How many floors are there in the building? Is there a lift?
There are three floors and we have a panoramic lift.
Is there air-conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
There is individual air-conditioning and in Burgos all year round….
Is your hotel adapted for disabled people?
There are no architectural barriers, however our rooms are not adapted.
Can you take care of my luggage when I leave the room?
Of course.
Where can I park my car in a safe place? How much does it cost?
Next to the hotel reception and it's free.
Is there any internet or email access in the hotel for clients?
No.
Do they offer high-speed internet in the room for my laptop? Is it wireless (no cables)?
Yes, we have internet access in the rooms, but it's ADSL.
Is there a romantic peaceful room? How can I book it?
We have an extremely romantic room which has a stunning bed with a canopy. Can be booked upon request.
What languages do they speak at reception?
English, French, Italian.

Yes, with a charge of € 6 per pet to pay at the hotel
