What is your cancellation policy?
No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel up to 48 hours prior to check-in date (hotel local time).
If you cancel within the 48 hours prior to check-in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation will be charged on your credit card.
In case of a no show, the full price of your reservation will be charged.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: from 12:00pm and check-out: until 12:00pm
Can I leave the room later?
In most cases you can, but upon request and might entail an additional fee.
Can I choose the type of bed I want? (double bed – twin beds)
When making the reservation, the type of room is selected depending on availability. However, we cannot guarantee a specific room is available for the chosen date.
We always do our best to provide you with the room you request.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I specify I want this when booking?
Some of our rooms have balconies and other have roof windows.
You can book these room upon request.
How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?
The hotel counts three floors and we have a panoramic elevator reaching the second floor.
Is there air-conditioning / heating in the rooms? Does it work year-round?
Each room has individual air conditioning/heating. These function depending on the season.
