¿Cómo es la Política de cancelación?
No se cobrará ningún importe de su tarjeta de crédito si la cancelación se efectúa con un mínimo de 72 horas antes del día de entrada al hotel (hora local del hotel).
Si la cancelación se efectúa durante las 48 horas previas al día de entrada, se cobrará el 50% del coste total de la reserva a su tarjeta de crédito.
En caso de que el cliente no se presente en el hotel sin previo aviso, se le cobrará el 100% del coste total de la estancia.
¿Cuál es la hora de check-in y check-out?
Check-in: a partir de las 15:00 y check-out: hasta las 12:00 (mediodía)
Can I leave the room later?
In most cases you can, but upon request and might entail an additional fee.
Can I choose the type of bed I want? (double bed – twin beds)
When making the reservation, the type of room is selected depending on availability. However, we cannot guarantee a specific room is available for the chosen date.
We always do our best to provide you with the room you request.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I specify I want this when booking?
Some of our rooms have balconies and other have roof windows.
You can book these room upon request.
How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?
The hotel counts three floors and we have a panoramic elevator reaching the second floor.
Is there air-conditioning / heating in the rooms? Does it work year-round?
Each room has individual air conditioning/heating. These function depending on the season.
